Shipping policy

 

Standard delivery - Free Shipping

  • The estimated delivery time will be between 7-32 days in INDIA, depending on the choice of the product.
  • Please refer to the description of the product for estimated time of shipment.

International Orders

  • Orders which are placed outside of India would have an extra shipping fee borne by the customer.
  • A separate email will be sent to you with all the details of shipping charges & timeline for delivery of your order after placing an order with us.
  • To file a return you may connect with us on email.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Tubaa, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and hand-embroidered by skilled artisans, making every item truly unique. As a result, slight variations in color, design, or embroidery are a hallmark of handmade work — not defects.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchanges (Only for Defective Items)

We accept exchanges only for items with manufacturing defects. To be eligible:

  • You must raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Photographic evidence of the defect must be shared via email or WhatsApp before initiating the return process.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at team@tubaa.in or message or WhatsApp us on +919591298910 within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the defective area(s)

    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.

Non-Eligible Returns

We will not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Minor irregularities due to handwork

  • Items returned after 5 days

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items sent back without prior approval
